The Challenge Magazine Fantasy League Racing Game is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and other municpalities where Game is prohibited by law; Canadian residents except those in Quebec and where prohibited may register and play but will not be eligible for prizes (sorry). You must provide a valid, unblocked email address to register. If your email service has a spam filter you must configure it to accept emails from registration@ptcchallengefmfl.com. If you don't receive the email confirmation and your email service has an active spam filter please check the spam folder. If your email service won't accept the confirmation message, you will not be able to register and play.
